 GENERAL   1    Is a certificate of authenticity provided? -  YES, an ARTMOI.COM certificate of authenticity provided with a recorded                               Provenance ID number, signed by the artist.   2    If work I wanted is no longer available, can I commission a similar work?- Yes I accept commissions, please contact us             if the work you love is no longer available!   3    I want to give art as a present but I don't know what to choose. -  Give a Gift Card for amount of your choice. With             each gift card, we offer advice, to help choice.                                                                                       FRAMING   4     Are all original paintings framed? - Originals are priced unframed, as many people prefer a frame to suit their décor,              and object to pay for a frame they do not want. Digital prints are priced & supplied without a frame.           5     Are heraldic crests etc. framed?–   Yes they are supplied with one classic style that suits the subject, as seen in images               within website.   ORIGINAL PAINTINGS   6     Can your original paintings be seen in your studio?– Yes, however as it is not a shop viewing by appointment only.   HERALDRY/GENEALOGY   7      I would like, but do not have a family crest for my name, what can be done? -  A bespoke service is available to               individual request where a crest can be designed from a huge choice within the Heraldic section which normally                   satisfies most people, personalised to ones own requirements, from database of thousands of Images, Borders,                 & Backgrounds, satisfaction guaranteed.   8      Can I choose any border for my crest/history? –  yes within the limits of my extensive library.   PAYMENT   9       How do I buy art on tomdeasart? -  To buy an artwork, click the yellow button "Add to Cart" found below each painting                  on all artwork pages. You will be redirected to your Cart (payment page on PayPal.) click on 'Proceed', you will be asked                for your details to organise delivery, then ask you to choose your method of payment (Card, PayPal etc.) Once payment       has been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor PayPal. You will be sent an email           receipt from PayPal right away to confirm that your payment has been received.   10       What happens once the payment has been processed? - Once payment has been processed, the artwork is reserved                 for you, We will call or email you right away to confirm availability and delivery times (delivery takes approximately                         7-10 days,) Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided.   11        Can I cancel my order? -  Yes, Before the work has been shipped, you can cancel your order by email. Once it's been                 shipped, You have 14 days after delivery of the work to let us know.  If the work has been shipped, we will only refund                 you once the work has been returned in its original undamaged condition. Goods must be returned in the original                 condition and shipped at your cost.   SHIPPING & DELIVERY   12        Which countries do you deliver to? -  We deliver to all countries our delivery companies operate in!  Any concerns?                     Do not hesitate to contact us, to  find a solution.                                           13        How much does shipping cost? - You only pay the price of the painting, print etc, regardless of destination. No extra                 charge with tomdeasart            14        Is the delivery of the artwork insured? - Yes, tomdeasart organises & insures the transport of the artwork. You have                 nothing to worry about, no hidden costs.   RETURNS    15        The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do? -  First point out to delivery agent, that work shows                 damage in packaging and ensure that you sign as “received damaged,” opening package first for inspection in                  front of delivery agent to check if damage has affected the painting. Contact us as soon as you notice the damage.                   Take photos to show us the current  state of the work and we will make a decision together. According to the                     extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded.                                tomdeasart covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.                                                      16           How does the refund work? - You will be refunded back by the same method you used for payment at time of                                                                                                                  order after the work has been returned to tomdeasart.
